We know that well designed units do in fact sell better, faster, and at higher prices. We are intimately involved in individual unit design with architects based on demographic target markets and can help create an optimal mix and identify building amenity packages to produce record sales results.
We also manage the interior design process; briefing the design team on the fit/finish preference, selecting a wide range of design details, and defining a common area aesthetic based on targeted buyer preferences.

FINANCIAL, LEGAL, AND
We take the time up front to make sure that the condominium documents and purchase agreement reflect the most current issues in the market and that they are prepared and filed in a timely fashion so that sales can begin.
We work with the Management Company to develop the condominium budget and schedule of condominium fees. We help coordinate resident move-in and utility set ups. We coordinate the efforts of all buyer's lenders on a project to grant and maintain building compliance for loan approvals, provide buyer financing, and expedite the scheduling of loan appraisals.
We schedule buyer walk-throughs, ensure home completions, verify loan satisfaction,and schedule purchaser settlements on behalf of the seller. Our corporate administrative team communicates directly with financial, legal, and management partners to ensure a smooth process.
