Albert H. Small, Jr. is the Regional President of WCI's Mid-Atlantic
traditional homebuilding and tower homebuilding operations. Until 2005, Mr.
Small served as President of Renaissance Housing Corp. which he founded in
1984. Renaissance developed more than 2,000 luxury homes and tower
residences in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area and was awarded NAHB's
America's Best Builder in 1999.
